Berger #66 had a signature from 2005 that said “Tyler - This one’s for you” and I always wondered who that was.
Going through some old documents that came with the car, I found “Tyler” was the original owner.
Did some brief google research and found a possible phone number and reached out to him. Sure enough it was the right guy!
It was bought for Tyler in 2002 as a college graduation gift from his dad. He later sold the car to fund a 1st gen Camaro build that he still has today.
I got to update him on the car with some current photos, and he sent photos from the day he took delivery being unloaded from the transporter.
Glad to know who “Tyler” finally is. I suspect most every one of these GMMG cars has a unique story and history!
