How did the P.E. cars program work? Were the cars sold through specific dealers upgraded my GMMG? Or were these cars that Matt did outside of the normal dealer specific network and just brought to GMMG by individual owners?

Both - some from Berger & a few owners had cars & took them to Matt. My PE #37 was owner owned - then went to GMMG. Jim
