#3 CETA Blackbird spotted in Idaho

Jim Simon saw CETA BB #3 at a Car Show in Boise, ID - September 21, 2103. Thanks for sharing Jim.
I had always thought the car was somewhere near Jim in ID but now we know for sure.
Another CETA that never got the BB Badges & Floor Mats. The owner has the Yellow Car Cover.
